A) Worked up to 165# – joints (wrist, elbow, and shoulders) felt achey and fatigued.
B) Struggled with 195# power clean, which is usually routine. Didn’t make it to 225# (20# less than my PR)
C) Skipped
D) Skipped
Something felt REALLY off today and i didn’t want to push it…felt like and an injury was forthcoming.
